Born June 6, 1979, in Piqua, OH. Raised in Newark, New Jersey. High School Graduate with some college. Joined the Army in 1999 and i will retire from the Armed Forces in next upcoming years. Became a Realtor and joined EXIT Realty in March 2019 and looking for a smooth transition from one career to the next as I learn the Real Estate Ropes. I’ve been investing in home properties since 2007 and loved it ever since. The next five years I will be working on my financial life and another five from that, I should be selling to bigger fish.
As a student, I journeyed to the Pine Belt in 1997. I settled here in 2002 and married my college sweetheart in 2003.
After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, my career as a registered nurse and travel nurse began. As a healthcare professional, I have, lovingly, served thousands.

My name is Gabe Miller. I was born and raised in the Hattiesburg Area. I have seen Hattiesburg go through all of its tremedous growth. Before taking the dive into real estate, I worked in the golf industry for 7 years. I was the Assistant Golf Professional at Canebrake Country Club. I then spent 3 years as the Membership Director. Working in the golf industry helped me develop excellent customer service skills. I just enjoy helping people and maing their day just that much better. Lisa Berden was born in the Detroit area of Michigan. Lisas primary business focus has been in real estate for over 20 years. Lisa started her career as a licensed residential real estate appraiser and continues to hold her active license in Michigan. Lisa and her husband moved to Florida to pursue their careers in the warm south. Lisa worked in the commercial and residential property management industry in Florida while passing her real estate sales courses. A better opportunity for The Berdens prompted a moved to California. Lisa received her California real estate license during their 18-month residence. In 2017, their final move was to Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Lisa received her Mississippi real estate license and is actively selling homes here.
Lisas appraisal experience affords her the ability to be able to value any homes worth for a buyer or a seller. As an appraiser Lisas opinion of her properties were valued by lending institutions and at times, she would give her expert opinions of value in courts of law.
Lisa also has purchased, rehabilitated several private residential homes over the years and sold for a significant profit. Lisa does most of the work herself from installing floor, to designing a kitchen and installing the cabinets to staging and selling the home. With this knowledge, Lisa has the ability to guide all her buyers when purchasing any existing property and can advise buyers of costs to do any repairs that it may require.
